Peter Torben Jensen founded Jensen & Jensen more than 15 years ago. He is a graduate of Columbia College and the Columbia University School of Law in New York City. He has also studied Chinese law at Beijing University and business administration at the College of Insurance in New York. Mr. Jensen speaks Mandarin Chinese.
Mr. Jensen’s practice includes all types of immigration law. He represents a full range of clients in routine and complex immigration matters including individuals, small- and medium-sized companies, universities, and Fortune 500 companies. He has also served on the boards of directors of a number of both for-profit and not-for-profit corporations.
Mr. Jensen is a memberof the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, the United States Court of International Trade and is qualified to appear in all United States immigration courts. Mr. Jensen is in frequent contact with United States consulates in numerous countries to keep abreast of their policies in order to best represent the interests of his clients.
He is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyer’s Association and a past member of their Department of Labor liaison committee. He is also active in writing articles and lecturing on immigration law matters. Mr. Jensen is frequently consulted by major newspapers about immigration law developments.
SO HYUN LEE
Ms. Lee is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Law and Yonsei University in Seoul, Korea. Prior to joining Jensen & Jensen, she worked at major international law firms focusing on corporate matters. She is licensed to practice law in New York. Ms. Lee speaks Korean and English.
SHLOMI ATASH
Mr. Atash is a graduate of the Law School of the Netanya Academic College in Israel. Prior to joining Jensen & Jensen, he practiced civil and criminal law in Israel. Mr. Atash is licensed to practice law in both Israel and New York. He speaks Hebrew and English.
GUO HUI ZHANG – OF COUNSEL
Mr. Zhang is a graduate of the Amsterdam Law School. Prior to becoming of counsel to Jensen & Jensen, he worked for Chinese-owned corporations. He is licensed to practice law in China and New York. Mr. Zhang speaks Chinese and English.
TOYOMI ARAI
Ms. Arai has a bachelor of arts degree in law from the Nihon University in Tokyo, Japan. Prior to joining Jensen & Jensen, she worked for the Tokyo Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Tokyo, Japan. Ms. Arai speaks Japanese and English.
MAKI SAITO
Ms. Saito has a bachelor of business administration degree from Baruch College and more than 10 years of experience. She speaks Japanese and English.
JEONG WON CHANG
Ms. Chang has a bachelor of arts degree from Hansung University in Seoul Korea. Prior to joining Jensen & Jensen, she worked at the U.S. Embassy in Seoul, Korea where she processed immigration applications. Ms. Chang speaks Korean and English.
MOSES KIM
Mr. Kim has a bachelor of arts degree from Columbia University in New York City. He specializes in writing complex immigration applications. Mr. Kim speaks English and is conversant in Korean.

Ms. Cobb has a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania and is a master of arts degree candidate in non-fiction writing at Columbia University in New York City. She specializes in writing complex immigration applications.
